The Centers for, Disease Control, and Prevention warns about growing concerns about the accelerating growth, of the, obesity epidemic. Although we are going to, slim fat, and, calculate calorie, in our food, also keep, roll calories, while we are going  shopping or in a kitchen, and every one tries one of, diet system, like, Miracle diet 48 hour,or,24 diet hour, or, Juice diet, you have a, bad body, and, problem between you and, your body.
Laziness, prevent me to accomplished some, social works I apologize and defer some household chores like cares of yard whenever I want, or walk out and  if I do this, I do in, bad moods, in addition my problem with clothes

More and, more people, suffer from, overweight diseases, such as, High blood pressure, is a major risk factor for, heart attack, stroke, and, other, cardiovascular problems.
Obesity overweight, increase, the health risk, so how we can live with, good health
Are you waiting an answer? I don’t think so.

It’s not so hard but It’s just, fat burning, do, (calorie + exercise), and calculate calories, it’s a, good, diet exercise plan.
But how I start? And continue.
Remember how many times started to work while you were in weariness, and after finishing it you were  happy about what you accomplished and hope  not to back to this feeling  again
Remember how many times you succeeded and triumphed over, yourself, and all around you, and achieved success in some work.
Remember how did you succeed, what did you do?
Remember your feeling and your life after achieving what was hard or impossible
Remember how many of the feelings of fear and anxiety from the disease you get rid of them and how much pain you avoid.
Remember, how you do like, your body, when it, respond to, meet your desire, and, you also will respond to your body’s desires, your body, should listen to the voice of, sound reason, to, lose weight.) Weigh loss.)
